Founder of HomeSource Builders, Tim has more than 30 years of experience in the Asheville real estate, development, and construction market. He knows mountain building techniques and limitations, having built hundreds of custom homes and completing countless remodeling projects. Tim holds a Business degree from Western Carolina University. As a member of the Builder 20 Club of the National Association of Home Builders, he meets with, supports, and exchanges best practices with his peers from across the nation.
